Our Immigration Services Include:

Express Entry

Get chosen to be a permanent resident based on the following economic classes: Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Trades Program and Canadian Experience Class. Candidates may also be selected from the Express Entry pool for Provincial Nominee Programs. Among other factors, candidates are assessed based on work experience, education and language ability.

Study Permit

Among other considerations, you may get to study in Canada if you are selected by a designated learning institution and prove that you have enough funds available to fulfil certain financial responsibilties. Some other considerations include security and medical checks.

Caregiver Program

Are you caring for children or people with High Medical Needs? You may qualify under this category. Among other considerations, you are required to have been working in Canada with a work permit in an eligible job for two years. Language ability and education requirements are assessed under this category. Additionally, you are not required to live in the home of your employer to qualify for permanent residence.

Family Sponsorship

The Parents and Grandparents Program will open next in 2018. In 2017, if you were interested to apply for your parents or grandparents, you were required to complete the interest to sponsor form. Generally, once you completed this form, you would have received an email indicating whether or not you were selected to apply. Some considerations under this category include medical, security and criminality checks. You must also prove that you meet the minimum income requirements. A sponsor must ensure that he/ she is eligible to sponsor.

Provincial Nominee

The considerations under this category are related to the territory or province that you intend to settle in. Provincial Nominee guidelines may change at any time without notice. The general process under this category includes:

  • Apply to be nominated by the province/ territory
  • Be nominated by the province or territory
  • Apply to CIC to become a permanent resident

Business Immigration

This category includes:

Some considerations under the business immigration category include networth, education, language and work experience.

Super Visa

Do not become frustrated if you were not selected to apply for your parent or grandparent as permanent residents. Your parent or grandparent may be able to apply for a Super Visa. A Super Visa allows the holders to stay in Canada for up to 2 years without renewing their status.

Visa Extensions

If you wish to extend your stay in Canada, you are required to apply to do so at least 30 days before your status expires. You may apply to extend your visitor visa, study or work permit. If your visa expires while awaiting a decision on your extension request, you still have temporary resident status. This is referred to as implied status.

Humanitarian and Compassionate

This category is applicable to individuals who do not normally qualify under other immigration categories and have exceptional situations. The applications under this category are assessed on a case by case basis. Some assessment considerations include the best interest of the child, ties to Canada and what would be the outcome if your application was denied.

Spousal Sponsorship

Sponsor your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner. Some requirements of a sponsor include:

  • Being 18 years or older
  • Canadian citizen, Registered Indian or Permanent Resident
  • Proof of funds to fulfil financial obligations
  • Not receiving social assistance other than for reasons of disability

You may also be able to sponsor a dependent child who is under 19 years old and who does not have a spouse or partner. A person who is 19 years or older may also be defined as dependent child if that person has largely relied on the financial support of the parent/s prior to age 19 due to a physical or mental condition.

Work Permit

Among other considerations, you are required to:

  • Prove that you have sufficient funds to take care of your financial responsibility to yourself and family members while in Canada.
  • You must have enough funds to return to your home country.
  • You must obey the law.
  • You must prove that you will leave Canada when your work permit expires.
  • You must not be a danger to Canadian security.

Visitor Visa

You may be able to visit Canada. Some requirements under this category include:

  • Convincing an immigration officer that you have ties to your home country which may include, a job, property or family
  • Convince an immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your visit
  • Have sufficient funds to finance your stay in Canada
  • Have no criminal or immigration-related convictions
